We aim to ship within 54 hours unless e-mailed otherwise or as shown on the introduction to the website.
United Kingdom small packets will be going 1st class Royal Mail, Medium Packets will be going by Royal Mail 48 hour and Large parcels will be going by the courier service My Hermes and delivery is 2 to 3 working days. UK Orders over £20.00 carriage is free. For UK orders under £20.00 postal charges will be £2.60 minimum.
European Community deliveries will be made by Signed-For Delivery, please allow 5 days for receipt from our date of posting. Postal charges £6.60 minimum (dependant upon the size of the customer order).
Delivery times and prices to other regions in the world will be supplied upon application.
In the interest of security, the recipient must sign for all parcels. In the event that you or a member of your household are not available to take delivery, a card will be left for you to arrange collection from your local Post Office.
Please note that shipments to the U.S.A and other World destinations may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your country. The customer must meet additional charges for customs clearance, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
The prices quoted are those ruling at time of production. Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alteration to the rate of Value Added Tax (V.A.T.). The correct price will be shown on your delivery note. All prices shown are cash prices.
In the event that you may be dissatisfied with your Cards of Distinction purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
Simply return the goods with your reason for return and indicate whether you would prefer to receive a full refund or an exchange. Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, a refund or exchange will be arranged accordingly.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning goods please ensure goods are sent back to us by Recorded Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not received by our Returns Department.

Please note that we cannot refund postage for goods that are being exchanged or refunded. All Refunds will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment and within 14 days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.
